Terms of Use
What this site offers, and the limits on using our titles.
Last updated: August 2026. By using this site you agree to the terms below.
What this site is
This site introduces the house's titles and services. No sale is made through it and no payment is processed on it. Purchases happen exclusively through the authorized agents listed on the Agents page.
Listed prices are indicative cover prices in Iraqi dinars and can vary slightly by governorate and transport cost. Where they differ, the price printed on the cover governs.
Intellectual property
Every guide, edition, illustration, design, cover and logo on this site belongs to the group and to its authors, and is protected under the copyright laws in force in the Republic of Iraq.
Copying, photographing, reprinting, uploading or distributing any part of our titles by any means, in print or digitally, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the house.
That protection extends to the filmed material behind the QR codes: it is for the personal use of whoever bought the genuine copy, and may not be re-uploaded or shared on other platforms.
Counterfeit copies
The house is not responsible for any copy not bought from an authorized agent. Counterfeits frequently drop pages or whole sections, lose the accuracy of the artwork, and carry QR codes that do not work.
We reserve the right to take legal action against anyone printing or distributing unlicensed copies of our titles.
Accuracy of content
We work to keep the information here current, but titles, prices and agent listings change from season to season. To confirm anything before buying, contact us or the authorized agent directly.
The guidance articles in the news section reflect the editorial judgement of our team and do not replace official instructions issued by the Ministry of Education.
External links and services
The site refers you to external platforms such as Telegram and the app stores. We do not control what is on those platforms and are not responsible for their policies or outages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Iraq, and the Iraqi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Report a counterfeit
If you come across a counterfeit of one of our titles, tell us at the address below. Reports are treated in confidence. info@manahel-alilm.iq
